*For shipments to mainland Spain, orders will be processed once payment has been verified and provided the selected item is available. Your order may be cancelled if we do not have sufficient stock.
*On Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, there will be no order processing or delivery, nor will there be customer service.
*For shipments to the Balearic Islands, orders have a delivery time of up to 5 to 8 business days.
The Nook Store is not responsible for delays in order delivery due to causes beyond our control.
International Shipping
Home delivery: estimated delivery 5-9 business days. The timeframe begins counting from the date the order is shipped.
For orders from outside the EU, please specify that your order will not be shipped until the customer provides their ID or passport for the intra-community invoice, which will be requested by email.
Customs duties and transport fees will be paid by the recipient once the package arrives in the destination country, if applicable.
*The shipping price shown is set by default, but may vary depending on the weight and size of the package. If the cost is higher, our customer service team will contact you.
*We recommend consulting our decorating department before making a purchase, as there are certain items that, due to their size or fragility, we do not ship. Should you insist on shipping these items, you will be ultimately responsible and will have to pay the corresponding additional fee.
*If you refuse the package once it has been sent, the shipping costs incurred will be deducted from the order amount.
Product availability
All orders are subject to product availability. If there is an error or stock issue, we will contact you to try to resolve the problem. If we are unable to obtain the selected item, we will refund the purchase price.
Track my order
As soon as the product leaves the warehouse, you will receive an email from the shipping company with the tracking number so you can check the status of your order at all times.
Some details to keep in mind for the delivery of your package:
Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are excluded from delivery times. National, regional, and local holidays in the area where our warehouse and logistics center is located are respected.
* Any delays in delivery could be due to various reasons, unforeseen circumstances, force majeure, and if the delivery area is located in rural or remote areas.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
IMPORTANT: We do not handle returns via Instagram direct messages.
You have up to 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order or from the date it arrives at the store to exchange or return your item. After 14 calendar days from the delivery or shipment of the items, the exchange or return will be canceled.
*To process returns for defective items, you have 24 hours to notify Customer Service. After this period, we will be unable to process the return or issue a refund.
*Items whose labels have been tampered with or show signs of use cannot be returned.
How can I make a change?
With in-store pickup:
Visit your nearest store with the items you wish to return and your proof of purchase (the email if you purchased online). Your personal information will be taken, and the Customer Service team will process your return.
With home collection:
To carry out a return or exchange at home, you must contact our team via Whatsapp by writing to the following telephone number: +34 630 001 349
The collection service within the Iberian Peninsula costs €6.50. For all other destinations, the return cost will be:
- Portugal: €8
- Rest of Europe: €20
What are the return conditions?
In order for us to approve the return, the items must:
- Be in perfect condition just as you received them
- The items must be returned with their original packaging intact.
- Remember to protect the item well to prevent it from breaking during transport.
The Nook Store reserves the right to refuse returns reported or sent outside the set period (14 days), as well as items that are not in the aforementioned conditions, without prior acceptance by our customer service and review by our quality department.
Do we handle the collection for international orders?

How long will it take to receive a refund?
If your return is accepted, you will receive a refund via the same payment method you used for your purchase. You will receive the refund or bank transfer within approximately 14 business days from the date we receive your return at our logistics center. Please note that the credit to your bank account depends on your bank and may take a few days to appear in your account statement.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations of orders in progress are not permitted.
